Anthropic 发布 8 万人 AI 调研报告：81% 用户称 AI 已兑现承诺，地区态度差异显著

Gate News 消息，3 月 19 日，Anthropic 昨日（3 月 18 日）发布迄今规模最大的 AI 定性研究报告。去年 12 月（2025 年 12 月），团队邀请 Claude 用户与 AI 面试官进行一对一访谈，共收集来自 159 个国家、以 70 种语言作答的 80,508 份访谈，Anthropic 称这是史上规模最大、语言覆盖最广的定性研究。

用户对 AI 的愿景被分为九类，占比最高的是「职业卓越」（18.8%，希望 AI 接管杂务以专注高价值工作），其次是「个人成长」（13.7%）和「生活管理」（13.5%）。81% 的受访者表示 AI 已在某种程度上向其所描述的愿景迈进，节省时间是被提及最多的已实现效益（50% 提及）。

顾虑方面，不可靠性（幻觉、引用错误等）以 26.7% 居首，就业与经济冲击排第二（22.3%），担忧人类自主性丧失居第三（21.9%）。就业经济担忧是影响整体 AI 情绪最强的预测因子。

67% 的全球受访者对 AI 持正面态度，但地区分化显著。拉丁美洲（秘鲁 82%）、撒哈拉以南非洲（尼日利亚 81%）最为乐观，将 AI 视为跨越资本与教育门槛的杠杆；西欧（英国 63%）、北美（美国 66%）和大洋洲偏向负面,与这些地区对 AI 经济冲击的更高担忧高度正相关。东亚的顾虑结构独特，治理与监控担忧低于全球均值，认知退化（18%）与意义感丧失（13%）反而更突出。

报告提出核心概念「光与影」：同一种 AI 能力同时带来收益与隐患，且两种感受往往共存于同一人身上。期待 AI 情感陪伴的人，对由此产生依赖的担忧是全体平均水平的三倍。
