BlockBeats 消息，1 月 23 日，近日中国广东省深圳市人民检察院经依法审查，对利用深圳市鼎益丰资产管理股份有限公司、香港鼎益丰国际控股集团有限公司及其关联公司在深圳等地实施非法集资犯罪的被告人隋广义、马小秋等 30 人，根据《中华人民共和国刑法》《中华人民共和国刑事诉讼法》等相关规定，以集资诈骗罪、非法吸收公众存款罪、洗钱罪、职务侵占罪、偷越国（边）境罪、提供虚假证明文件罪等向广东省深圳市中级人民法院提起公诉。

该案核心案犯隋广义自称「北斗七星下凡」、以宣扬「禅易投资法」高回报为幌子，通过虚假理财产品和「DDO 数字期权」（空气币）非法吸金，资金链断裂后爆雷，公安部门已查封大量资产。
