金十数据9月5日讯，据英国金融时报报道，世界核协会（World Nuclear Association）周五发布的一份报告显示，到2030年，全球反应堆对铀的需求将增加三分之一，达到8.6万吨，到2040年将达到15万吨。但随着现有储量耗尽，预计2030年至2040年间，现有矿山的产量将减少一半，留下一个“巨大缺口”，威胁到核电的复兴。报告呼吁该行业确保投资，以找到更多的铀，并从现有的、新的和闲置的矿山中提取铀，以避免供应紧张。该机构警告称：“随着现有矿山在未来10年面临资源枯竭，对新的初级铀供应的需求将变得更加迫切。我们需要大量的勘探、创新的采矿技术、有效的许可和及时的投资。”
