China October Non-Manufacturing PMI: Economic Growth Indicator

The China Federation of Logistics and Purchasing released the October Non-Manufacturing PMI data on August 31, 2025. The actual reading was 176, surpassing the forecast of 150 and the previous value of 160.This index is jointly published by the Service Industry Survey Center of the National Bureau of Statistics and the China Federation of Logistics and Purchasing. It provides a comprehensive assessment across ten indicators, including business activity and new orders. Generally, a PMI above 50 signals expansion in the non-manufacturing sector, while a reading below 50 indicates contraction.The data is classified as having medium importance (level 2), is compiled using PMI survey methodology, and is released monthly. The next release is scheduled for November 30, 2025.
