Data Jinshu, 12 November - Helen Zhe announced this evening that its shareholder, Shanghai Dinghang Huixing Enterprise Consulting Partnership Enterprise (Limited Partnership), disclosed a report on changes in equity. After acquiring additional shares in the company through a centralized Menawar method, Shanghai Dinghang holds 49.745 million shares of the company, accounting for an increased proportion of 5% of the total share capital of the company (excluding repurchased securities akun). The company currently has no controlling shareholder or ultimate controller, and this acquisition does not involve any changes in the controlling shareholder or ultimate controller of the company.
