Burwick Law sues the parties related to LIBRA token issuance in the New York Supreme Court

On March 18, the U.S. law firm Burwick Law stated on social media that it had filed a lawsuit on behalf of its clients in the New York Supreme Court against Kelsier, KIP, Meteora, and related parties, alleging misconduct in the LIBRA token issuance. The class action lawsuit accuses them of orchestrating an unfair token issuance, misleading buyers, and harming the interests of retail investors.
