Foresight News reported that Ondo Finance announced the launch of its tokenization U.S. Treasury fund, Ondo Short-Term U.S. Government Bond (OUSG), on the Assetera blockchain securities market in Europe, which has obtained MiFID approval. OUSG offers compliant, income-generating investment products, mainly supported by high-quality short-term U.S. government bonds and GSE funds from BlackRock's USD Institutional Digital Liquidity (BUIDL) fund, as well as Franklin Templeton, WisdomTree, Wellington Management, and Fundbridge Capital. Assetera's regulated platform is built on Polygon, providing a Compliance and security-focused venue for European institutional investors to trade tokenized real-world assets (RWA). Through this integration, accredited investors can now trade OUSG directly on Assetera's trading interface, offering exposure to short-term U.S. government bonds.
