Goldene Finanzberichte berichten, dass Digitale Bank und die Blockkettenplattform Metallicus den Erwerb des Finanztechnologieunternehmens Bonifii angekündigt haben, einem Kreditgenossenschaftsservicedienstleister (CUSO), der mit 70 Kreditgenossenschaften verbunden ist. Diese Übernahme hat die Anzahl der Kooperationspartner von Metallicus Credit Union auf über 80 erhöht, wobei mehr als 16 bereits die MetalBlock-Chain-Technologie nutzen. Vor dem Erwerb hat Bonifii bereits rund 20 Millionen US-Dollar in mehreren Frühphaseninvestitionen und Seed-Finanzierungsrunden gesammelt. Die finanziellen Details von Metallicus scheinen noch nicht öffentlich bekannt zu sein, CoinMarketCap berichtet, dass die Marktkapitalisierung der MetalBlock-Chain 13,65 Millionen US-Dollar beträgt.
