SK Hynix begins mass production of 321-layer NAND flash

On November 21st, Jin10 Data reported that SK hynix announced the mass production of the world's highest 321-layer 1Tb TLC (Triple Level Cell) 4D NAND Flash. SK hynix stated that it plans to provide 321-layer products to customers from the first half of next year.
