Goldene Finanzen berichten, FTX hat eine Einigung mit der Evolve Bank und dem Silicon Valley Community Foundation (SVCF) erzielt, die es ihm möglicherweise ermöglichen könnte, Vermögenswerte in Höhe von bis zu 21 Millionen US-Dollar zurückzugewinnen. Das Protokoll muss noch von einem Gericht genehmigt werden, und die Anhörung findet am 20. November statt. Zuvor hielt die Evolve Bank über 13 Millionen US-Dollar auf dem Konto, das von Evolve Bank für das verbundene Unternehmen West Realm Shires Services Inc. von FTX eröffnet wurde. Gemäß Protokoll behält die Evolve Bank 462.700 US-Dollar als Entschädigung ein und verzichtet auf alle damit verbundenen Ansprüche.
