März berichtet, dass nach der Integration der Cardano-Blockchain mit der Fiat-Währungsein- und -Auszahlplattform DFX.swiss deren native Token ADA nun in 137 Spar-Supermärkten in der Schweiz als Zahlungsmittel akzeptiert wird. Diese Integration nutzt den Krypto-Zahlungsstandard Open Crypto Pay von DFX.swiss, der bereits Zahlungen mit Bitcoin, Ethereum sowie den Stablecoins USDC, USDT und DAI unterstützt. Die Nutzer von Cardano scannen beim Bezahlen den QR-Code mit ihrer nativen Wallet, um direkt ADA zu bezahlen. Der Händler erhält letztlich Schweizer Franken, unabhängig davon, welche Kryptowährung der Kunde verwendet.
