Long-term optimism for AI and tech investment remains strong, as AI is expected to transform business models and potentially reduce the need for human labor in certain sectors once fully integrated into the economy. Strategic partnerships are accelerating this transformation, but concerns that demand for some traditional software may decline are contributing to selling pressure across the sector.

Following Meta’s announcement of a multi-year collaboration with chipmaker Nvidia to advance its AI infrastructure roadmap, Oracle and Nvidia revealed plans to deepen their partnership.
