Golden Finance reports that information on the CoinList page indicates that the ETH treasury company initiated by the Li Lin family office Avenir Group, Distributed Capital, Wanxiang Capital, and Meitu is currently raising funds on CoinList Alpha. This ETH treasury company is raising $1 billion through private equity financing (PIPE), while issuing 1:1 combined warrants with an exercise price at a 50% premium over the issuance price. The PIPE pricing is expected to be about 0.88 times the net asset value (mNAV). The initial commitment date for CoinList Alpha investors is due by October 29, and payment must be completed by October 31, 2025, accepting payments in USD and USDC (ETH payments may be accepted if necessary).
