April, Metaplanet-CEO Simon Gerovich erklärte, dass das Unternehmen im ersten Quartal 2026 zu einem durchschnittlichen Kurs von etwa 79.898 US-Dollar 5.075 BTC gekauft habe, mit einem Gesamtaufwand von rund 405,48 Millionen US-Dollar, und dass die Bitcoin-Rendite seit Jahresbeginn 2,8% betrage. Bis zum 31. März hielt das Unternehmen insgesamt 40.177 BTC, zu Gesamtkosten von etwa 4,18 Milliarden US-Dollar, mit durchschnittlichen Kosten von etwa 104.106 US-Dollar.
