Gate News Nachrichten, am 24. März gab der Forscher der Ethereum Foundation ladislaus.eth auf Twitter bekannt, dass die Ethereum-Core-Entwickler am 26. März eine Entscheidung darüber treffen werden, ob EIP-8141 (Frame Transactions) in das Hegota-Upgrade aufgenommen wird. EIP-8141 zielt darauf ab, Konten von festen Signaturverfahren zu entkoppeln und eine native Migrationspfad für post-quantensichere (PQ-sichere) Signaturverfahren bereitzustellen. ladislaus.eth wies darauf hin, dass eine reine Implementierung der Post-Quantum-Sicherheit auf der Konsens-Ebene (leanCL) unvollständig wäre, wenn die Nutzertransaktionen auf der Ausführungsebene weiterhin auf die anfällige ECDSA-Signaturmethode angewiesen sind.
