The Gate Broker Program includes API Broker, Exchange Broker, and Portal Broker, covering a range of objects including trading bots, trading platforms, copy trading platforms, asset management platforms, trading aggregation platforms, community social networking platforms, exchanges, media platforms, wallets, etc. We sincerely welcome all interested platforms to become one of our brokers and share commission of over 40%.
At the same time, new API brokers will enjoy a three-month grace period, during which they will be exempted from review. If higher requirements are met during the grace period, the broker will be automatically upgraded to a higher level. When the three-month grace period ends, the commission rate for the next quarter will be matched according to the assessment standards of the first three months.
Existing API brokers will begin executing the assessment plan from today, with the first commission adjustment taking effect on July 1st. Spot, Futures, and Options have different level requirements, as detailed in the table below.

**API Broker Quarterly Review Rules:**
1.If you meet the requirements of a higher level in the previous quarter (monthly average trading volume and monthly average new invited users both met), your commission level will be increased in the next quarter. Spot/Futures/Options are assessed according to different requirements.
For example, if your commission level is LV1 in the third quarter, and your monthly average trading volume and monthly average new invited users both meet the LV2 requirements in the third quarter, your spot commission level for the fourth quarter will be adjusted accordingly to LV2.
2.If you meet the requirements of the current commission level (monthly average trading volume and monthly average new invited users both met), your new level will remain the same for the next quarter.
3.If your current commission level is LV2 or above, and you fail to meet the requirements of the current level in the current quarter, your new level will be adjusted to the level that meets the requirements.
4.If your current commission level is LV2 or above, and you fail to meet any level requirements in the current quarter, your new level will be adjusted to LV1. If you fail to meet any level assessment requirements for two consecutive quarters, your commission rate will be temporarily adjusted to 0% and will be automatically restored when the requirements are met.
Note: The following types are not eligible for commission:
1.0 trading fee currency pairs
2.Invitees who are VIP11 or higher.

All new brokers who join during the 6-9 month promotion period and meet the LV4 assessment requirements during their first three-month exemption period will receive a 100% commission on their Spot trades in the next quarter.
