Japan officially permits the export of offensive weapons through cabinet resolution

Golden Finance reports that on April 21, according to Japan’s Kyodo News, the Japanese government officially amended the “Three Principles on the Transfer of Defense Equipment” and its application guidelines at the Cabinet meeting, in principle allowing the export of lethal weapons.
