I realize that my most genuine flaw is loss aversion: when I see a paper profit, I think "I haven't taken the profit yet," so I eat and sleep as usual; but once I see a paper loss, even though I haven't sold yet, my brain automatically sounds the alarm, and I lie in bed replaying the situation ten times, and the more I think about it, the harder it is to fall asleep. To put it simply, the loss isn't really about the money; it's the shame of "Did I judge wrong?"

Recently, everyone has been talking about staking unlocks, token unlock schedules, and the anxiety over selling pressure. When I see these topics flooding the discussion, I find it easier to get caught up in the hype. My current simple approach is: keep my position smaller, set a plan, and go do airdrop tasks. While grinding side quests, I don’t keep staring at the red and green lights... That’s how I’m doing it for now.
