just found out blur's pacman was doxxed by a crypto twitter user who literally spent less than 30 seconds connecting the dots through paradigm's funding lmao. turns out he's tieshun roquerre, 24 years old in sf. dropped out of high school at 17 to do y combinator with strongintro, then studied at mit. before blur he built namebase in 2018, got the thiel fellowship in 2019, and sold it to namecheap in 2021. wild part is he apparently already doxxed himself to random people in calls when vibes were good or he needed trust. now that pacman revealed his real identity, people are saying blur's gonna be even more legit as an nft marketplace. the platform already beat opensea on trading volume a few days before this - hit like $98 million in volume with avg token price around $2k. identity reveal probably gonna help blur's credibility even more in competing with opensea. pretty interesting how one casual tweet unraveled everything
