Hi, I’m Ameliaa. I’ve officially joined Gate recently and became a member of GateVIP~

Over the past few years, I’ve focused on VIP services, and I’ve also experienced plenty of intense moments: urgently handling large-asset issues with risk control in the middle of the night, responding on a minute-by-minute basis during volatile market periods, and using my phone to stay on top of and resolve key client issues throughout the trip—so I know just how important it is to deliver efficiently for users.

Personally, I love studying on-chain data, and I’m also a happy “E” type who enjoys fitness, movies, traveling, and hiking. Lately, I’ve also been practicing the guzheng.
I don’t like speaking in official-speak—I just do the work: once I take something on, I’ll follow up all the way through.
