Mars Finance reports that on April 12, Elon Musk’s social app XChat will officially launch on the App Store on April 17. Elon Musk previously stated that the goal of XChat is to replace the old Twitter direct messaging system and create a fully encrypted platform supporting text, file transfer, audio, and video calls.
