Recently came across something quite interesting—Gate has made the Pre-IPO process "participatable."

In the past, when we talked about Pre-IPO, it was mostly institutions, relationship clients, or those with high capital thresholds—kind of a "hidden copy"—hard for ordinary people to access.
This time, Gate's approach is pretty straightforward—digitize it and put it on a platform, allowing more people to participate.
Here are a few points I find interesting:
No need to go through the traditional complicated account opening process
And no need for a particularly high capital threshold
You can participate in subscriptions directly with stablecoins
It's still in the reservation phase, essentially reserving a spot in advance
It's like moving the originally "offline private gathering" to a more transparent, open online scene.
And it’s not like they suddenly came up with this idea out of nowhere.
Gate has been promoting TradFi-related things, like stocks, indices, commodities, gradually moving them onto the chain.
This time, it’s more like opening up the "primary market entrance" as well.
It may not change much immediately, but the direction is quite clear:
Turning opportunities that were once accessible to only a few into options more people can access gradually.
If you’re already somewhat interested in the primary market, IPOs, and similar things, take a look:

You don’t necessarily have to participate right away, but knowing about information gaps early always has an advantage.
