There's this guy everyone keeps talking about in crypto circles—Davinci Jeremie. His story is basically the definition of "right place, right time, right belief."
Back in 2013, when Bitcoin was basically worthless, he made this video that's honestly kind of wild looking back. He straight up told people: "Just buy a dollar's worth of Bitcoin. Seriously." At the time, BTC was trading under $1. Nobody listened. A lot of folks thought he was completely insane.
But here's the thing—Davinci actually put his money where his mouth was. Started with $200. Just $200.
The path wasn't smooth though. In 2013 alone, Bitcoin crashed 80% in a month. People were panicking, selling everything. His friends told him to stop. But what did he do? He kept buying. Kept accumulating. While everyone else was running scared, he was literally writing posts like "I'm still buying, you should too."
Then 2017 happened. Bitcoin hit $20k. Suddenly his old videos went viral. People realized this guy had actually called it. By 2021, when Bitcoin broke $60k, his portfolio was worth over $100 million. Word is he's holding north of 3,000 BTC, plus Ethereum, gold, real estate—the whole diversified play.
What's interesting about Jeremie Davinci (and I think this matters) is how he handled it. No pump-and-dump schemes. No selling courses. No Instagram flexing. He just... held. And occasionally uploads videos from Dubai or the Maldives, but always in this weirdly humble way.
The real lesson here isn't "get rich quick." It's the opposite. It's about having conviction when literally nobody else does. About being willing to look stupid for a decade straight. About understanding that real wealth doesn't come from trading charts—it comes from believing in something and actually having the patience to wait.
Davinci's original take was "even $1 of Bitcoin." Now he's probably scanning the market for the next 1000x opportunity. The question everyone's asking: what's he looking at now? Only time will tell, but if history's any indication, when he finds it, most people probably won't believe him either.
