Bitcoin Price (BTC) may take longer to return to its all-time high level (ATH).

Several analysts believe that if downward pressure continues below $60,000, a full recovery could be delayed until 2027.

This outlook arises from a combination of historical data, on-chain indicators, and macroeconomic conditions that still do not support risk assets.

Deeper Declines, Longer Recovery Time
Data from Ecoinometrics shows a consistent pattern, where the deeper the Bitcoin price correction, the longer the recovery takes.

Each additional decline of about 10% from the historical peak, on average, extends the recovery time by approximately 80 days.

For context, Bitcoin has currently fallen about 48% from its peak in October 2025, which was around $126,000. Under these conditions, the estimated recovery time is around 300 days from the peak.

About 172 days have passed, leaving approximately 125 to 130 days remaining to return to the ATH, assuming the bottom has already formed at the $60,000 level. However, this scenario is being questioned by several other indicators.
