On April 4th, the Cyberspace Administration of China issued a notice on the "Measures for the Administration of Digital Virtual Human Information Services (Draft for Comments)," publicly soliciting opinions. The document proposes to strengthen the management of digital virtual human information services, stating that from the start of digital virtual human services, providers, users, and service providers offering online information content dissemination services must continuously display prominent prompts containing the words "Digital Human" throughout the digital virtual human display area, and comply with relevant regulations on the identification of AI-generated synthetic content.
