You must learn to isolate yourself from emotions. Sit quietly when not in a position, avoid pre-judging or imagining, and don’t be swayed by the noise in the group. Only look at signals, not gains or losses. The fluctuations of your account are just the flow of numbers; there’s no need to be overly happy or sad about them.
Don’t let greed break your bottom line, don’t let fear destroy your patience. Keeping your heart steady is keeping your capital safe.
In a noisy market, be a silent observer. Neither sad nor happy, neither hurried nor slow.
