BREAKING: Russian police have arrested the alleged administrator and creator of LeakBase, a platform described by the U.S. Department of Justice as one of the largest online spaces for cybercriminals.
The arrest comes weeks after an international operation that shut down the site and seized a database containing more than 142,000 members and 215,000 messages.
The state news agency TASS reported that the detainee is a resident of Taganrog, in southern Russia.
