People’s Financial News, March 26 — The U.S. dollar index rose on the 25th. The dollar index, which measures the dollar against six major currencies, increased by 0.18% on that day, closing at 99.614 in the forex market. At the end of trading in New York, 1 euro was exchanged for 1.1578 USD, up from 1.1569 USD the previous trading day; 1 British pound was exchanged for 1.3382 USD, up from 1.3366 USD the previous day.
