Goods are traded on the spot, while the river listing spot is only slightly difficult to manipulate...
Unlocking only benefits the pump and dump operators, then we see retail still over short; the price will continue to pump and could go even higher when unlocked, similar to the previous pump that reached a new ATH before returning to zero.
