BTC's weekly RSI falls below 37: a signal to pay attention to, the bottom of 52K is on the table
For me, whenever the weekly RSI of $BTC falls below 37, that is when the market enters a zone that requires closer observation. This is not an 'immediate buy' signal, but history shows that it often appears near mid-term bottoming phases.
In the last two bear market cycles, BTC hit the bottom after declining about 40% from the point when the weekly RSI first reached 37. In other words, this RSI level acts like a starting point of the final 'liquidity washout' phase, where selling supply is completely exhausted before the structure reverses.
In the current cycle, the most recent bottom is only about 30% lower compared to the price range when the RSI first hit 37. This indicates that if the market continues to repeat historical behavior, there is still a certain amount of decline left before a complete bottom is formed.
If the 40% decrease scenario is applied like in previous cycles, the potential bottom price range of BTC will be around 52,000 USD. This is not a certain forecast, but rather a reference area based on the repeating behavior of the market.
For me, the important point is not to catch the exact bottom, but to recognize when the structure begins to shift from supply exhaustion to absorption. RSI is just a part of the picture. Price reactions around new liquidity areas are what determines the next steps.
