Letong Co., Ltd. announced that the controlling shareholder, Shenzhen Dasheng Asset Management Co., Ltd., will extend the pledge period for 1.3 million shares, 5.99 million shares, and 20 million shares, totaling 27.29 million shares, accounting for 52.48% of its holdings and 13.03% of the company’s total share capital. Dasheng Asset holds 52 million shares, with 51.99 million shares pledged, accounting for 99.98% of its holdings and 24.82% of the company’s total share capital. The concerted action partner, Shenzhen Youyue Meisheng Enterprise Management Co., Ltd., holds 9.4725 million shares, with 9.47 million shares pledged, accounting for 99.97% of its holdings and 4.52% of the company’s total share capital. The two parties hold a total of 61.4725 million shares, with 61.46 million shares pledged, accounting for 99.98% of their holdings and 29.34% of the company’s total share capital.
