Vinci said it entered into exclusive negotiations with the French government for the concession of the future A154 and A120 motorway link.

The French construction company said late Friday that the 35-year agreement involves the developing of a new 97 kilometer motorway system, enabling traffic to bypass the Greater Paris area to the west.

Vinci Autoroutes is set to handle program management, financing and operations, while Vinci construction companies will carry out the design and construction, the company said.

“Once completed, the new safe motorway will provide a seamless and fast route on a corridor that is currently fragmented,” Vinci said.

The signing of the agreement, subject to approval, is due in autumn 2026, it added.
