The new Dutch cabinet, led by Six Six Democracy Party leader Rob Jetten as Prime Minister, was sworn in before King Willem-Alexander in The Hague on the 23rd local time. The new cabinet consists of 18 ministers and 10 state secretaries, formed through negotiations among the ruling coalition composed of the Six Six Democracy Party, the People’s Party for Freedom and Democracy, and the Christian Democratic Appeal. According to the coalition agreement, the new Dutch government will focus on building an efficient government management system, promoting housing development and energy transition, implementing proactive climate policies, developing high-tech industries to boost the economy, enacting stricter immigration policies, reforming social security and healthcare systems, strengthening national security and international cooperation.
