Tonghuashun Finance APP reports that Hua Hong Semiconductor (01347) is up over 5%. As of the latest report, it has increased by 4.62%, trading at HKD 98.4, with a turnover of HKD 321 million.

In terms of news, recently, Hua Hong Semiconductor announced its Q4 2025 and full-year results. China Merchants Securities pointed out that the company’s management guidance for Q1 2026 revenue is between $650 million and $660 million, with a gross margin of 13% to 15%. The firm believes that the company performed well in maintaining high capacity utilization and accelerating its 12-inch product portfolio in 2025, but currently, the valuation appears to be high. Credit Suisse believes that Hua Hong Semiconductor’s new 12-inch wafer fab Fab9A will reach maximum capacity this year, and the capacity expansion of Fab9B will also accelerate. It forecasts that capital expenditure in 2026 will slightly decrease year-over-year, but will significantly increase in 2027.

Guohai Securities stated that Hua Hong Semiconductor expects revenue of $650 million to $660 million in Q1 2026 (midpoint QoQ -0.7%, YoY +21.1%), with consensus estimates at $695 million; gross margin of 13% to 15%, with consensus at 13.2%. Driven by the AI wave, the company’s power management (BCD) platform may continue to grow rapidly. Additionally, there is still room for price increases for the company’s 12-inch products in 2026. Fab9B is expected to start moving in equipment in October 2026. By 2027, the company’s overall capacity will see substantial growth.
