Recently, Brother Mao has been hearing a phrase more and more often, and it's coming from many adults: The world is actually a makeshift troupe. The general idea is— No matter how grandiose the industry, organization, or system you think it is, behind it are just ordinary people, walking and experimenting within their limited understanding, doing what they currently believe is right. There are no eternal truths. Many things you firmly believe now, may be overthrown, corrected, or replaced in a few years. And you'll gradually realize— many places that seem very professional, authoritative, and high-level, are actually filled with temporary patchwork, experiential judgment, and inertia. It's not that no one is smart, but the world itself isn't as "designed" as you imagine. Some people only realize this after entering the industry; others, upon reaching a certain age, suddenly realize: Everyone is learning as they go. Of course, there are also people who completely disagree with this statement. They believe that true professionalism and systems have always existed, but ordinary people find it hard to see the full picture. So I’m quite curious— What do you think about the phrase "The world is a makeshift troupe"? At what stage did you start feeling this way? Or do you still disagree to this day? 👇 Feel free to share your true feelings.
