At an altitude of 3,000 meters on the western Sichuan Plateau, over a thousand builders worked tirelessly during the Spring Festival, seizing the “golden window” of the dry season to accelerate construction. Core projects such as underground caverns and water diversion tunnels are progressing steadily.
This high-altitude green energy “supercharger” is rapidly taking shape, providing vital support for China’s clean energy supply and grid regulation.
