The lawsuit claims the company excluded male employees from a networking event held at Mohegan Sun Casino by inviting only female employees. Coca-Cola Beverages Northeast, however, stated that the event complied with existing EEOC regulations and expressed disappointment that the EEOC did not conduct a full investigation.
