Step-by-Step Identity Verification Process

Getting Started: Preparing for Verification

To begin the verification process, open your account’s main menu. Click on the profile icon located in the top right corner of the navigation panel. In the menu that appears, select Account.

On the Account Information page, find the section called KYC Verification and click the Start button. You will be redirected to the Identity Verification page.

The first important step is selecting your country of residence. Note that this information is critical, as it affects specific document requirements and the overall verification process. Changing the country after confirmation may require additional verification.

Identity Confirmation: Main Verification Stage

Click Start in the Identity Confirmation section. On the next screen, you will need to specify the country or region where your document was issued, and select its type (passport, driver’s license, national ID, etc.).

Then, upload a photo(s) of the document. When photographing, ensure that:

• Your full name and date of birth are clearly visible
• All text fields are legible and well-lit
• The document has not been altered or tampered with
• Biometric data (your photo on the document) is clear and recognizable

The platform accepts the following document types for address confirmation:

Date restriction: the document must be dated no more than three months ago. Older documents will be automatically rejected by the system.
