Guanjian Network News: Jianlian Holdings announced on the evening of February 20 that the privatization proposal submitted by Chairman Huang Jianye has been approved. Once the plan takes effect, it is expected that the company’s shares will be delisted from the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, effective from 4:00 PM on March 24, 2026.

Jianlian Holdings was formerly known as Meilian Industrial Shops, primarily engaged in local industrial and commercial property and retail shop agency services (including leasing and sales of shopping malls, industrial buildings, retail shops, etc.), property investment, lending services, and some securities investments.

Additionally, the company is a brand under Meilian Group. It was listed on the Growth Enterprise Market of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange in 2001, and transferred to the Main Board in 2008, becoming Hong Kong’s first listed company focused on industrial and commercial shop property agency. In 2022, the company changed its name to Jianlian Holdings. In December 2025, the company announced that Chairman Huang Jianye proposed privatization, involving a maximum cash consideration of 89.473 million HKD. Huang Jianye is also the chairman of Meilian Group.
