Complete Guide: How to Withdraw Funds from the Platform via Blockchain

The process of withdrawing crypto assets may seem complicated for beginners, but following clear step-by-step instructions will make it much easier to withdraw funds from the platform. We have prepared a detailed guide that will walk you through each stage of this process.

Important Requirements Before Starting the Withdrawal

Before proceeding with asset withdrawal on the blockchain, ensure that the following conditions are met:

• You have completed email verification and connected Google Authenticator
• Your financial account has available funds (all withdrawals are only made from the financial account)
• If you have assets on trading or other accounts, transfer them to your financial account beforehand

Additionally, remember an important feature: for cryptocurrencies that require a tag or memo (XRP, XYM, XLM, XEM, and others), it is mandatory to specify the corresponding values during transfer. Omitting these details will lead to processing delays.

Step 1: Navigate to the Withdrawal Section

Start from the main page of your account dashboard. In the top right corner, click on Assets, then go to the Withdrawal page. Alternatively, you can go directly to your financial account and click the Withdraw button next to the specific cryptocurrency you want to withdraw.

Step 2: Select Cryptocurrency and Recipient Address

At this stage, you need to specify the wallet address to which the funds will be transferred. You have three options:

1. Enter the wallet address directly into the appropriate field
2. Choose a previously saved address from your address book
3. Add a new wallet address for future transfers

If the wallet address has not yet been verified and added to the whitelist, you will need to complete two-factor authentication (2FA). If the address is already on the whitelist of trusted withdrawal addresses, 2FA is not required, and you can directly submit the withdrawal request.

Step 6: Email Verification

An email with a confirmation code will be sent to the email address registered with your account. Open the email and enter the received code into the appropriate field on the screen. Note that the code is only valid for five minutes from the time it was sent.

If the email does not appear in your inbox, check your spam folder or other filters in your email client.

Step 7: Enter Google Authenticator Code

After email verification, the system will prompt you to enter a 6-digit code from the Google Authenticator app installed on your device. Open the app, find the code for your account, and enter it on the confirmation page.

Step 8: Final Submission

Once you have entered all required codes and verification data, click Send. Your withdrawal request will be accepted by the system, and you will receive confirmation that the request has been successfully processed.

Processing Times and Delay Factors

The time it takes to complete a withdrawal depends on several factors. Typically, the process takes from 30 minutes to one hour. However, during high network congestion or heavy traffic, processing may take longer.
