The purpose of encryption is to establish a code-based order

because the centralized, collusion-based order is collapsing
To put it simply,
many people are starting to distrust traditional systems
Rules can be changed
Promises can be broken
Accounts can be restricted
So some people thought,
Why not embed the rules into code,
write it once, and let it execute,
nobody can change it
This code-based command covers some of the protections once provided by international law
Things that were previously guaranteed by law,
such as property,
contracts,
account security,
are now hoped to be realized through blockchain
Assets on the chain,
contracts executed automatically,
identity controlled by cryptography
Even if rejected by banks,
even if platforms ban accounts,
assets on the chain only recognize private keys
Indeed, current encryption networks heavily rely on financial transactions and speculation
There’s no need to hide this fact
The current activity level
mainly comes from trading,
but that doesn’t mean it only has speculative attributes
Many technologies are initially driven by profit,
and then gradually develop long-term value
As the global environment changes, code-based order makes cross-border cooperation easier
As long as there is internet,
anyone can participate
No need for complex intermediaries
Signing contracts,
transferring funds,
collaborating,
can all be done through code
Code only enforces rules,
it doesn’t care about the background
The same applies to companies
If contracts and assets are stored on the chain,
migration costs will be lower,
operations more transparent
From a technical perspective,
the organizational forms on the chain
can reduce many traditional process frictions
Additionally,
cryptography can protect privacy
Assets can be self-managed,
identity can be selectively disclosed,
transactions can be verified through cryptography
It’s not about making everything public,
but about returning control to individuals
In short,
what encryption aims to do is quite simple:
shift trust from institutions
to algorithms,
shift execution from humans
to code
This is the core motivation behind the birth of cryptocurrency
If real-world rules are not stable enough,
the rules on the chain are at least certain
It’s not a perfect system,
but it offers an alternative possibility,
a code-guaranteed order,
rather than an order decided by a central authority
