According to a report from the National Federation of Trade Unions at a symposium on the protection of rights and interests and negotiation work for new employment form workers, since the launch of the three-year action plan for union rights protection services for new employment form workers in 2023, there have been new progress and achievements focused on workers' concerns. Currently, all 12 leading platform companies have established branch organizations at the city level or above, and all branches of 7 key platform companies in major cities have been established. Meanwhile, 15 platform companies have negotiated algorithms and labor rules and signed collective agreements, covering over 20 million new employment form workers. (CCTV News)
