Buyer Instructions

It is recommended to use filters on the purchase page to refine your search criteria. Select your desired fiat currency and ensure that the seller supports payment via fiat balance. It is important to review the seller’s information:

• Percentage of successful transactions during this period
• Minimum and maximum order limits

After choosing a suitable offer, click the “Buy” button and proceed to the order checkout page. In the payment method section, select “Fiat balance.” If your Funding account has insufficient funds, you can top up directly from the checkout page.

Complete the operation by entering your Google authentication code or SMS code and confirming the action. The amount you pay will be immediately transferred to the seller. If you do not top up your balance in time, the system will automatically cancel the order.

Then, wait for the seller to send the cryptocurrency. After this step, click “View my assets” to verify the received coins. You can also track the status of all deals in the P2P order history section and use the built-in chat to communicate with the seller in real time.

Once the order is created, the buyer has a specified time to make the payment. You can see the remaining time next to the “Waiting for payment” indicator. The system provides a live chat feature for seamless communication with the buyer.

Upon successful receipt of payment, your cryptocurrency will be automatically sent. If the buyer does not make the payment within the set time, the order will be automatically canceled, and the reserved crypto will be returned to your Funding account.
