Setting Up Your Fund Password: A Step-by-Step Guide

Configuring your fund password is straightforward. Begin by navigating to the Account & Security section through the profile icon located in the upper right corner of the interface. Once there, proceed to Advanced Protection and select Fund Password, then choose Settings to initiate the configuration process.

When creating your fund password, you’ll need to enter a password that meets specific security requirements: it must be 8-30 characters long and include at least one uppercase letter, one lowercase letter, and a number. Keep in mind that your fund password cannot mirror your login password—they must be distinct for security purposes. After entering your password, confirm your selection and complete the required security verification step. Once verification is successful, your fund password is now active and protecting your withdrawals.

Managing Your Fund Password: Change and Disable Options

Should you need to modify or remove your fund password, the process is simple. Look for the Change or Disable button positioned next to your Fund Password entry in the Account & Security settings. However, there’s an important restriction to be aware of: after resetting your fund password, you will be unable to withdraw your assets for 24 hours. This cooling-off period is implemented as an additional security measure to prevent unauthorized fund movements.

Forgot Your Fund Password? Here’s How to Reset It

If you can’t remember your fund password, don’t worry—you have two options to regain access. First, you can navigate to the Disable Fund Password window and click on “Having problems with verification?” Second, if you’re attempting to change your password, select “Forgot Fund Password” in the Change Fund Password window. Either option will direct you to the Reset Security Settings page, where you should select the Fund Password reset option and confirm your request.

The reset process requires completing a security verification, and additional verification steps may be necessary depending on your account status. Check your registered email address for further instructions. Please note that the review process typically takes 1-2 working days to complete. During this time, your account remains secure while the verification is underway.
