Gelonghui February 21 | The National Energy Administration released data today showing that by 2025, the new installed capacity of photovoltaic power in the country will reach 317 million kilowatts, a year-on-year increase of 14%. Among them, centralized photovoltaic new capacity will be 164 million kilowatts, and distributed photovoltaic new capacity will be 153 million kilowatts. By December 2025, the total installed capacity of photovoltaic power generation in the country will reach 1.2 billion kilowatts, a year-on-year increase of 35%. China’s photovoltaic industry continues to maintain rapid development momentum, and significant progress has been made in the green and low-carbon energy transition.
