NVR pitches 1,000-unit Prince William development bordering Digital Gateway

NVR is proposing a 1,010-unit residential development on 213.7 acres of agricultural land in Prince William County, along Catharpin Valley Drive. This project would border the Digital Gateway and replace a rural area with new homes. The proposal was reported by Janani Jana of the Washington Business Journal on February 20, 2026.
