Relevant departments are advised to take precautions against strong winds, watch out for falling objects from high altitudes, and pay attention to travel and work safety. Wafangdian City Meteorological Observatory issued this at 16:35 on February 21, 2026.Defense Guidelines:1. The government and relevant departments should fulfill their responsibilities in preparing for strong winds;2. Cease outdoor activities and high-altitude or other outdoor hazardous operations. People in dangerous areas and residents of unsafe buildings should try to move to sheltered places;3. Take proactive measures for water operations and passing ships in relevant waters, reinforce port facilities, and prevent ships from dragging anchors, running aground, or colliding;4. Cut off outdoor hazardous power supplies, properly secure outdoor items susceptible to strong winds, and cover or secure structures.
