Vodafone Buys Back 31.8 Million Shares for Treasury Holding
Vodafone Group Plc repurchased 31,840,026 ordinary shares on February 19, 2026, as part of its ongoing buyback program. These shares, bought from Goldman Sachs International at 115.42 pence each, will be held in treasury, reducing the free float and supporting the company’s capital return strategy. This move brings Vodafone’s treasury holding to 1,712,051,017 shares, with 23,165,909,740 ordinary shares remaining in issue.
