The Spring Breeze Action 2026 and Employment Assistance Season, organized by the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security and nine other departments, is currently being actively carried out nationwide. To promote employment among key groups such as rural laborers and college graduates, a series of specialized job fairs will be held successively.

Targeting Rural Laborers—

On February 22, Rongjiang, Guizhou, will hold the “Celebrate Spring Festival, Visit Village Supermarkets, and Send Jobs” event. Focusing on rural laborers and registered urban unemployed personnel, live job placement and employment services will be provided at the “Village Supermarket” stadium, offering over 10,000 positions across fields such as electronics manufacturing, apparel manufacturing, and logistics.

On February 25, Anyi, Jiangxi, will host a special recruitment event as part of the 10th Jiangxi (Anyi) Aluminum Profile and Doors & Windows Expo, combining the “Spring Breeze Action” and Employment Assistance Season. Positions in aluminum profile processing and door and window manufacturing will be offered, precisely matching the employment needs of returning migrant workers and other key groups, helping job seekers find employment close to home.

Targeting College Graduates—

On February 22, Nanjing, Jiangsu, will hold the 2026 “Spring Breeze Action” Spring Recruitment Fair for college graduates returning to or staying in Nanjing. Nearly 100 companies will offer over 2,000 positions in fields such as technology research and development, management, artificial intelligence, software and information services, and manufacturing. The event will feature six zones: job recruitment, policy consultation, career guidance, comprehensive services, live job broadcasts, and AI interviews, providing support policies for employment, entrepreneurship, vocational training, and internships.

From February 26 to 27, Ningbo, Zhejiang, will host the 37th College Graduate Supply and Demand Fair. Over 600 companies in industries such as engineering technology (manufacturing) and cross-border and international trade will offer more than 10,000 jobs, including research and development, technological innovation, business support, and operations. Two experiential activity routes for employment and entrepreneurship will be launched to help young talents experience the employment atmosphere firsthand and understand related support policies.

On February 27, Zibo, Shandong, will hold a special recruitment event for college graduates at the Shandong Chemical Professional Talent Market titled “Spring Breeze Action 2026 and Employment Service Season.” Many companies will offer quality positions across various fields. Additionally, themed lectures on job search channels in Linzi and college students’ career planning will be held, including interactive Q&A sessions.
