Three Stocks Flash Triple Strengths; A Data Center Play Is One Of Them

Three stocks were flashing strength to end a week of volatile trades in Friday’s stock market. All three now are scaling new records as they hover in buy zones with relative strength lines at 52-week highs.

GE Aerospace (GE) is in a buy zone above an entry at 332.79 as shares also hit an all-time high. The blue dot on IBD MarketSurge’s daily and weekly charts shows that the relative strength line is also at a new apex, strengthening its breakout on Thursday.

GE Aerospace makes jet engines and other parts for commercial and defense aircrafts. The stock belongs to the aerospace and defense group which ranks 10th among Investor’s Business Daily’s 197 industry groups. GE Aerospace has a Composite Rating of 97 out of a best-possible 99.

Fourth-quarter earnings grew 19% to $1.57 per share while sales increased 18% to $12.7 billion. For 2026, analysts see earnings growing 17% to $7.43 per share. In 2027, estimates sit at $8.50 in earnings per share or 14% growth.

Stock Market: Ralph Lauren At New Highs After Earnings

Also scoring to a new high, luxury retailer Ralph Lauren (RL) is flashing strength as well after its breakout on Wednesday with a buy point at 380. Its weekly chart shows that its relative strength line is also at a new high.

Shares have risen in nine out of the past 10 days, finding buyers after its third-quarter report on Feb. 5. Earnings grew 29% to $6.22 per share while sales increased 12% to $2.41 billion. Ralph Lauren makes clothes, accessories and home products.

In the electronics-contract manufacturers group, Fabrinet (FN) broke out of a consolidation with a buy point of 531.22 on Friday. Its relative strength line is at a new high as well.
